4 SEASON RACE SERIES – Main Street Ripley

Main Street Ripley is excited to be offering the following series of races consisting of:

1.	May 23, MAIN STREET MOVIN’ MAY 5K RUN/WALK 6:00PM REGISTERPLACE Jackson County Courthouse Gazebo Ripley, WV US 25271Description Celebrate the spring with the Main Street Movin’ in May 5K on Thursday, May 23. This race starts and finishes at the gazebo on the Jackson County Courthouse lawn, leading right into the Movin’ in May Finale Celebration! Winners will be announced as part of the program celebration. The first 50 registered will receive a free water bottle.
2.	July 4, FIRECRACKER 2 MILER before the 4th of July Parade. Race will start @ 11:30 REGISTER PLACE Calvary United Methodist Church 205 N Ct St Ripley, WV US 25271 Description The Firecracker is a 2-mile road race through the heart of Ripley, WV. It has been an integral part of America’s Largest Small Town 4th of July Celebration for 26 years.
3.	FREAKEEE 5K RUN – October 26, 5:30 PM REGISTER PLACE 210 Main Street W Ripley, WV US 25271 Description 5K Race through Ripley sponsored by Waybright Funeral Home. You may want to dress for the occasion as the best runner’s costume will receive a gift certificate. The event starts and ends at City Park behind the Ripley Elementary. The awards ceremony will take place at the finish line. Be sure and stay for the Freakeee after-party! FREE beanies will go to the first 50 runners. Day-of Registration will start at 4:30 pm.
4.	December 6, 5:30PM – ELF OFF THE SHELF FUN RUN REGISTER PLACE 210 Main Street West PO Box 307 Ripley, WV US 25271Description This is the fourth and final installment of the Main Street Ripley 4 Seasons Race Series. Join us at Ripley City Hall just prior to the Christmas Parade for this evening 2-mile Fun Run around the avenues and ending at the Starcher Mansion for the City Christmas Celebration! Awards may even be handed out by the big man himself!Wear your Christmas best and join us for the last race of the year!
